Warranty
Limited warranty for watches
PAROS warrants that your timepiece will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase from an authorized retailer or the official PAROS website.
What is Covered
- Movement malfunctions due to manufacturing defects
- Defects in craftsmanship affecting the case, dial, hands, and indices
- Issues with the crown or winding mechanism due to normal use
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and fading
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
- Water damage unless explicitly marked as water-resistant and used within specified limits
- Straps, bracelets, or any external accessories
- Battery replacements for quartz models (if applicable)
How to Claim Warranty Service
To request warranty service:
- Contact our customer support team at care@paros.us with your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
- If approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your watch for inspection and repair.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our service center. We will cover the return shipping after the repair.
Resolution
If a covered defect is found, PAROS will, at its discretion:
- Repair the watch at no cost
- Replace the defective watch with the same model or an equivalent one if the original is unavailable
Limitations & Disclaimers
This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Under no circumstances shall PAROS be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the watch.
