Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

For international returns ( outside USA ), we charge a 15% re-stocking fee .


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

Limited warranty for watches

PAROS warrants that your timepiece will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase from an authorized retailer or the official PAROS website.

What is Covered

  • Movement malfunctions due to manufacturing defects
  • Defects in craftsmanship affecting the case, dial, hands, and indices
  • Issues with the crown or winding mechanism due to normal use

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and fading
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
  • Water damage unless explicitly marked as water-resistant and used within specified limits
  • Straps, bracelets, or any external accessories
  • Battery replacements for quartz models (if applicable)

How to Claim Warranty Service

To request warranty service:

  1. Contact our customer support team at care@paros.us with your order number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. If approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your watch for inspection and repair.
  3. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our service center. We will cover the return shipping after the repair.

Resolution

If a covered defect is found, PAROS will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the watch at no cost
  • Replace the defective watch with the same model or an equivalent one if the original is unavailable

Limitations & Disclaimers

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Under no circumstances shall PAROS be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the watch.
